A typical project runs 6-8 weeks from kick-off to launch. Essentials-tier projects can move faster (4-5 weeks). Premium engagements often run 10-12 weeks when copywriting and complex integrations are involved. The honest answer: timeline is almost always determined by how quickly you can provide feedback and approvals, not how fast we can build.
Before we begin, you'll need: a clear understanding of your target client, examples of brands you admire (even outside your industry), any existing brand assets, and access to your current analytics. We handle the strategy, design, copy brief, and development. The more context you give us upfront, the faster and sharper the output.
Yes. Our standard structure is 40% at contract signing, 40% at design approval, and 20% at launch. For Premium engagements we can discuss quarterly billing. We don't offer deferred payment arrangements. All projects require a deposit to begin.
Every project includes a post-launch window of monitoring and bug fixes (14 days on Essentials, 30 on Professional+). After that, we offer an ongoing monthly retainer that covers optimization, analytics reviews, content updates, and strategy. Most of our long-term clients stay on retainer. A good website is a living thing, not a one-time deliverable.
